Responsibility is divided | manufacturer, supplier, customer

The manufacturer, the supplier and the customer is responsible for the impact a product has on the environment.
No one should be able to escape from responsibility when they consciously have been negatively affected by the environment.
Everyone, the manufacturer, the supplier and the customer is responsible for products that the public should have access to.
It should be clearly described who is responsible for each individual product.
They should be easy to find responsible for a product.
It should be possible to show retroactively who has been responsible for products that have shown significant negative consequences for nature or the general environment or products that can cause major harm to humans or animals.
